'AtlasReview' started with a vision: to introduce real Neapolitan pizza to London. The Rossi family opened the pizzeria in 1985, initially a quaint, family-owned shop, with age-old family recipes.
Marco Rossi, our founder, mastered pizza-crafting on her Italian travels, learning from Naples' pizza virtuosos. Back in the UK, her goal was to produce the quintessence of Italian pizza, sticking to time-honored techniques and premium ingredients.
Our journey from a cozy 12-seat pizza place to a cherished local haunt has been remarkable, yet our pledge to excellence and genuineness is constant. We adhere to traditional wood-burning oven methods, prepare our dough daily, and choose only top-tier ingredients.
Till this day, 'AtlasReview' is still steered by the Rossi lineage, with the next generation at the helm of our devoted crew. Although we've adopted modern methods, our core remains untouched: offering scrumptious, real pizza that gathers communities.
